Seems like my cab isn't centered and one side was really easy to bend the fender back a little but the other side I had to cut a small section off using an angle grinder since it was already 12am or so and I wouldn't be able to cut the bolt and buy a new one. Doesn't bother me but it got the job done.

Post a pic and get some sleep bro! Thats what I'm doing tomorrow. This backwards bolt crap sounds like 200,000 miles of anxiety....

What about your cab mount bolts, they're upside down!

I had the same problem on the passenger side. I used a Dremil with a metal cutting bit to shave down a little bit of the flange on the bolt until it would slip past the body. A bit more precise than the angle grinder if you have one.

Hammer that out from the other end. I got a metal rod and inserted through the uca etc and lightly tapped it out that last billionth of an inch.

After this though the other side will be a lot easier

I use a pneumatic chisel and pound the sheet metal back.
But before I reinstall that bolt I grind down one of the flared portion of the blot head that way it clears with no problem in the future if I ever need to remove it again.

Tolerances on my truck were a bit off. No amount of bending or prying got enough metal out of the way so I grinded the flange all the way down flush. Anyone foresee any problems with this? Seems like there is still plenty of flange left and the beefy washers provided with the TC UCAs spread out the load a bit

I used locknuts bought from Camburg(https://camburg.com/shop/suspension/toyota-tacoma-05-19-upper-arm-replacement-parts/) and Red Loctite. No sign of movement. And I've been checking.
