I installed total chaos uca about 7,000 miles ago. I have tried everything. I took them out cleaned them and check the bushing. Used recommended super lube and still squeaks like crazy. I have regressed them multiple times and still the same!!! It’s only on the right side of my truck that squeaks. What do you guys think is left to do? Any help is appreciated!

I’m giving up hope on total chaos uca. :(

Few questions. Do you know where the squeak is coming from? The ball joint or the bushings on the bolt? Are you sure it's the UCA? Did you lube both upper bolt/bushings and ball joint on it?

It’s coming from the bushing. By me pushing on the truck the uca go up and down squeaking the ball joint doesn’t move at all. I’ve lube up both.

I have the Camburgs. Typically I wipe down and lube after washing, rain or twice a month. Zero issues so far, think its been around 8-10k.

The above doesn't help your situation, just putting it there for reference after your problem is solved.

Do you back loosen the bolt before applying grease?

I don't have TCs, do they have zerks to lube while still installed? As @splitbolt said, if you haven't already try loosening the bolt and lubing through the zerks and then retorquing.

Dang sorry to hear that. I wonder if maybe a bushing is wearing prematurely. Reached the end of my "expertise" :)

I've been fighting this battle ever since I bought mine some 20k miles ago. Make sure you haven't blown out your bushings. If you haven't, try pumping a few pumps of grease in each while the bolt is still tight. Observe after it has sat that way for a few minutes to make sure your bushings haven't deformed as a result. If you think you have blown the bushings out or they are deformed, loosen the bolt while there is no weight on the front suspension and let it sit for at least a few hours. If after a few hours they are still deformed, it might be time to replace the bushings.

In my experience, when I have greased mine I have also loosened the bolt and my theory is that the grease is taking the path of least resistance which means it may not be getting in all the nooks and crannies. Greasing while the bolt is still tight ensures the bushing is filling up. Once I have greased again, I loosen the bolt and let the excess ooze out and clean it up. This is what I have done the last two times and I've had greater success.

This might be terrible advice but it's what has worked for me so far. Just be careful and don't overdo it.

thank you for this. I just relaxed my uniballs and bushings and had a horrible creaking sound. I greased the bushings with the bolt loose like they state in the directions to prevent warping the bushings but must have had a little space left for more grease. I pumped one to two pumps in each with the bolt still tight and the creaking is completely gone!
