So I just installed King coilovers and shocks with total chaos UCAs and the bushings seem to creaking like an old wooden ship going over every little bump. I've lubbed them up the best that I could and still squeaks. Any ideas?

Did you grease it with the bolt loosened?

I bought my set up used and greased them after I tightened everything on the truck. Then I bought new bushings and replaced them. Grease them with everything loose and that seemed to help mine stop squeaking.

I did but maybe not enough. Also I was only able to grease one on each side, the other I'll have to take the tire off and disconnect the UCA to be able to get the grease gun attached since the screw isn't facing forward. I just didn't have time to do that today. But still, the squeaking was pretty much in changed after greasing at least one side.

Pull the spindle bolt. You should be able to move the UCA up and down. If it's really hard you over greased and bushings are swelled. You would want to take it apart at that point and rebuild using the same bushings if they are not warped. I recently over greased mine and did that.

The uniballs themselves can squeak and creak. I have found that wiping them off works better than anything else.

There is a special way to grease the bushings. Toytec showed me how and I have no problems. It's crucial to use the recommended grease and spray lubricants on them.

My Camburgs sometimes squeak. If you use poly bushing long enough it seems inevitable they'll get dry and squeak, usually after you wash the underside at a high pressure car wash. Think of it as a reminder to do your maintenance.

5100's all around, OME 887 with 1/4" spacer, icon 3 leaf aal. 255/75/17 BFG KM's on 4runner pro's. Rigid led pods. Debadged and tinted.
I was told to use super lube for the urethane. They sell it in a tube for a grease gun, also a small tube both at harbor freight.

Then use Tri-Flow dry lubricant on the uniball. It doesn't attract dust like most lubes. Never had any issues with my TC UCA's using those products

So the squeaking has stopped now completely. I haven't done anything else to it I'm guessing it just took awhile for the grease and lube to get in everywhere.

Then your bushings are probably swollen (from improper grease application) and need to be replaced.

Ya total choas has even covered their asses by saying even after greasing properly you still can get sqeaks from ureathane bushings.
Sucks cause a king coil over kit with total chaos ucas shouldnt be squeaking brand new. You do have to loosen the bolt before greasing and superlube is what they reccommend.
If you grease without loosening the bolt you will deform your bushings and they will have to be replaced with a unreasonably priced new set. They got us by the short and curlies. Like a pussy whipped husband.:D
Pro tip... If you have to get approval for mods from the wife you might be pussy whipped.
