I have heard that Total Chaos upper control arms will limit travel and contact your coil over springs at full droop using 1" longer King coil overs. First is that true? Any pics? Will that be true with any after market 1" longer coil over set up like Icon or King 2.5" 1" extended coil overs?

I have heard about this with the 1.25" uniballs, but not the 1" ones...

IIRC I believe that It was Icon coilovers and they had this problem with all the UCAs except Camburg and Icon. I dont think the kings do it, but don't quote me on this.

Pretty sure you could use a spring compresser and rotate/spin your springs 180 degrees (Or what's needed) , so that at full droop your UCA will be in between two of your spring coils , instead of hitting a spring coil.

In other words at full droop your arm would fall in between two spring coils were there would be like a 1.25-1.5" gap (empty space).
