I leave my Taco in the garage on days I feel unsafe conditions may cause me to have an accident and find another way to get to work. I will not jeopardize my trucks health.

Unfortunately when you go to sell it, you'll turn a lot of people off when they read the report of a roll over and bag deployment. Either way, GL with the ins. co. and it's good to see you didn't get injured or ejected. :)

i highly doubt its totaled. airbags are expensive and add to the overall repair cost. but from what i can see from the pictures, the vehicle is repairable. might take some negotiating with the body shop and insurance company. as long as the frame is straight, the body mounts are not tweeked, and you dont need suspension parts, you should be solid. a vehicle is not always totaled due to airbags going off.
im only an apprentice body tech but ive seen WAY worse damage on vehicles worth less and they have been repaired.

Every time there's an accident the idiots start crowing "Its totaled!" I think they just love showing off the 'big' word they know.

For the record, this was my 2010 with 28,000 miles. With $11,000 damage, including a bent rear axle they still didn't total it.

10k for toyota airbags is bologne! my shop had a rollover 2012 tundra in which nearly every panel, fender, light, wheel, pillar, and bedside needed repairing or replacing. every single airbag went off and this thing was fixed. and the rear frame needed replacing/ straightening. it took a couple months with multiple techs swearing to the high heavens while working on this mess. i dont have pics bc my old phone stopped working. either way insurance covered this disaster.

Bet it gets fixed.... Also ask the insurance company for "depreciation" as it's value will be less than before the accident.

OP, I bet they fix it. Take lots of pictures before they do. It will help you when you sell it, because it's going to show up on the carfax, and everybody assumes the worst. Glad you're ok.

Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.
I see no reason it can't be fixed. Seen vehicles in worse shape get fixed.

False. Hit by a school bus at 50mph square in the drivers door and my side impact airbag never left the building. Yet, my steering airbag blew up in my face.

OP: Glad you're alright. It'll get fixed, if not...you'll be rolling in a new truck which is just as kew

Yeah that doesnt happen in cali. airbag going off is not the only factor. Sometimes the airbag goes off from a minor accident. Your gonna total a Mercedes BC the garage door closed on it and the airbag went off...

    Stock
Fair market value according to Kbb is 29k.

I bet they fix it. As long as the damage doesn't exceed 17000. I don't see that much worth of damage.

Man, that sucks. One thing I like about me 2013 BAJA is I can turn off the side air bags with a switch on the dash.

The stock tires on these trucks suck pretty bad, I couldn't imagine ones with 30k on them.
