If I were in your shoes I would try to compare each side of the front suspension and find out where there are differences, bends, etc ..

If you get the front end off the ground and both tires off, you should be able to have someone turn the steering wheel and closely watch all the components on each side for irregularities.

You could also turn the hub and see if there is grinding both in 2 wheel drive and then in 4 wheel drive (while in neutral). Compare side to side.

I would've expected red dirt everywhere holding it together.

    Thanks for this.

First thing I have done was move the back alignment tab back to middle. The whole LCA moved to what seemed like normal.

I tried putting the tire on and it is still rubbing. but not as severe. Now the tire only rubs on the side of the UCA not the steering knuckle.

What I take from this is something is obviously bent
Right now it is clear it is the steering knuckle or (spindle?) and probably the UCA. I do not thing the shock tower is bent but once I get these parts off and new ones ordered I guess I will find out.

Pic of the rear cam tabs where the LCA bolts to the frame. If those are not flattened out then you will likely be ok just replacing knuckle etc. If it were me I'd replace knuckle and wheel bearing. Then see if alignment is in spec. If not then proceed to replace UCA and LCA.

Should I do this with both tires off? Or is
    Just one on okay?

The end of that tie rod looks suspect in that first set of photos.

What do you mean by flattened out? They look flat just like the passenger side but I will post pics
This pic is before I straightened her out

It's usually subtle, but if they look like this below, you won't be able to hold an alignment.

    Left cam tab bent outward.

Hmm I don’t think mine were like that. I’m not that experienced though.. it didn’t seem bent when I adjusted it back to middle.

    Most definitely third that.
Pretty sure it’s the steering knuckle

The pic you posted just now it looks good. Now get a pic from the rear most tab looking toward the front of the truck. Or just get a pic of all 4 tabs on that side.
