I was lucky to have a good adjuster and agent, but you still got to be on your A game to make sure everything gets covered and addressed, the Adjuster is your best friend cause he will look over the damage and come up with the replacement/fix costs

i recently switched to Liberty Ins. I got the "better car replacement" plan where as if total loss they give me value of one year newer and 15,000 miles less.

My Corolla got totaled sitting on the side of a road recently before I picked up my 17' tacoma. KBB said it was worth $11,200 for a 2013 with 43k miles keep in mind. The original offer I got was just below $13,000. I argued about the OEM JBL, taxes and license costs for a new vehicles plus my tires less than 3 months old and my extended warranty I purchased. I ended up with a little under $16k when it was all said and done.
