This hurts my heart to look at. Hard to tell from a single pic but looks pretty fucked up bud. What’s the total on the damage report? That should be a good indication of totaled vs repairable

If the frame isn’t bent, someone will repair.
It might not be your insurance company.
But with the used vehicle market like it is now, that truck is likely to be back on the road.

Hopefully, in your case, it’s not too bad and you get it fixed and back:fingerscrossed:
That is IF you want it back.

On a 2020 I’d be shocked if insurance didn’t fix it. Looks like some body work and control arms.

As @TnShooter said if the frame is straight they’ll prolly fix it and looking at the pics I’d be surprised if it was bent. That tends to happen on straight shots to the frame like rear ending.

With enough funds, anything is repairable. Repair doesn't look too bad if it gets totaled by insurance.

That sucks! No airbags deployed, right, so I’m going to go with “repair.”

No idea on damage report. Since it happened today (Saturday) Collision shop will inspect this upcoming week. Fortunately no one was hurt.

If you can take 3 pictures of the driver side one of the hood to fender line, one of the fender to driver door, and last would be of the hood corner near the A pillar all on the driver side. your trying to make sure the driver side is square will be easier to fix. Then I would look at the passenger side shock mount bucket, control arm mounts as well as the body mounts for stress cracks, and any other severe dents or bends, then check the steering rack over, and lastly if its 4x4 I would want to pull the front Diff out to check it over, as well as the mounts. While yes it is repairable but these are all areas that can be compromised in a side impact especially when a tire is hit. *** the information i post are opinions of a random guy on the internet. with that i say fix and keep that pretty green machine on the road.

Its fixable, especially in this current market.
Probably 17k to fix, but not totaled on that estimate.

I hope it’s repairable. Just hate to see this happen to somebody. Judging by those that posted already, it seems it may be fixable. Definitely an excuse to upgrade some stuff (silver lining)

Like it's been said before, frame damage and airbags going off really add up quick. But with the high values out there today, you may just be getting this one back. I would take it to a professional alignment shop before you take it from home from the body shop. This way you know if has been fixed straight!

    Hey,

Hope you’re ok. It actually doesn’t look as bad as you think. Wheel makes it look bad. You will need front suspension assembly, maybe steering gear and a axle. Body work would be fender, door, and looks like maybe bedside? Not sure what airbag you mean. No airbag in door, maybe seat? Usually seat airbag repair will be 3k onto a repair. I think 8-10k is a good range.

All depends if that frame is bent where the control arms attach. If so, possible total loss. Luckily the market value of that truck is way high. Even if it needs a new frame, most insurance companies would repair.

    Yeah um yeah um no

On today's "light" hits people try and play adjuster and base a total on how safe their kids would be in a repaired vehicle.
