Wow. $30K. You definitely don't have Allstate. Sounds like a brutal crash. Glad everything is OK.

Well thank you lsocoee! I'm, flattered! :D

I'm glad that you two are mostly in one piece! I'm sorry for your loss (not sorry for the big check you got tho! lol!), but is there anything mod-wise that you can salvage from the totaled Taco? Three of the wheels and tires look okay in the pics....

Not a church going guy in the least. I'll start praying when I see the train coming. Might want to drop a few of those nickels in the offering plate or......Maybe a couple of more to your local fire/rescue house. Nothing that will do you in but maybe just a gesture to help them buy a little somethin'somethin' for the next wreck they go to.

Just my thoughts and my thoughts only. Glad to still have you around.

so i got my next one all picked out. They dont make the same color but thats ok, if there's ONE thing I didnt like about my truck it was the color i picked out.
The new one i found is the exact same as my old truck, except the color is different. and it already has a hitch, thank god. wiring up the trailer was such a pain in the ass on my last truck.
this new color is weird, it's kindof like a earthy brown/green. mud oughtta look real nice splattered all over it.
The cool this is that I can finance the exact same amount I owed on the last truck and still come out making the same payments, (with an extra 5k in my pocket :D )

It's either that truck or I can actually get into a full size GM truck with the big V8 for a whole lot less. I LOVED MY TACO... But I still like the full size GM trucks. So any input on why i should OBVIOUSLY choose tacoma?

Your kidding about the GM, right? I'm glad you're OK but I wonder how you would have made out in the GM. Get the Tacoma, put "coma" on the tailgate and put 5 grand in your pocket. Easy choice.
