Daniel, You're talking about lens covers or film...

I don't remember if I got them direct from Nilight, or on Amazon, but I paid $5/each for 6" sections of amber lens covers for my dual row bar in my lower valance.

guess i'll start over on a mounting plate for fusebox. :(
Thought it would look cool using this Lexan I had leftover from a different project. Just on table in garage overnight, it cracked out from 2 screws. Thought i hadn't overtightened. oh well.

    could...
i have more lexan scraps so may just try same again.
Or, bend up some aluminum scraps to make a simple frame with thinner lexan over it.
ooh, wonder if i can find that scrap of mirror polished titanium and if it's big enough.
sounds like i need to rumage through my scraps boxes.

haven't finished all wiring but test fired the 20" bar to make sure it's ok before return period runs out.
    I like it.

    headlight only vs bar.

remade a lexan plate to hold breaker and fusebox. No cracks so far. :fingerscrossed:

Also made the main power wire for battery to breaker connection. Marine grade adhesive filled heat shrink over fitting then braided protective sleeve over it all held on by regular heat shrink at each end.
