Touch Screen Stock Radio

I wanted to put a stock Tacoma radio in my truck. I currently have an aftermarket radio but I want to put in a stock touch screen in my truck. It originally did not have the touch screen it had the 6 channel, CD, and AUX options. Is there anyway that I can get a 2nd gen touch screen stock radio and it be able to fit/work? Also if I got one with NAV options could that work on my truck as well? What kind of wiring harness would I need?

Yes it’s possible. i installed a 2014 radio in my 2010 and relocated the backup cam to the radio.. However i want to get rid of it maybe and get a apple car play unit by kenwood
