2017 SR AC 4x4 Manual

Has anyone experienced any problem with their touch screen? My phone works sporadically.Sometimes I answer a call and it shows talking,but I can't hear the caller and they can't hear me.Like dead air.Other times I'm unable to get my contact list.
Also I can never seem to get that weather option. It always tells me no HD signal at this time.
Dealer is an hour away,I guess I'm going to have to take a trip.
