    Looked up the weight of a 12’ Big Tex and would say about 3 k but brands vary

    It borderline for sure on what "Toyota says" that being said...it will to it all day long and during harvest time 24/7.

    There is a man that builds them locally. Has a dump truck hydraulic cylinder and its a 6x12 i believe.

    You're looking at 7500-8500 lbs between tractor and trailer. Can the truck do it? Probably. Safely? Meh. God forbid you were to get into a serious accident you could be in a legal and financial shitstorm.
    Side note: I hope there's more than that 700# ratchet strap hold the tractor on.
