Just be careful those uhaul rear bumpers like to get stuck on drive ways and other parts of the road with elevation changes and it don't take much. I'm lazy or lazy enough to pay some one to get the grass and put it down and not have to be any part of that. Could you have grown a yard full of cannabis instead of grass?

The easy part is done. Taking the Uhaul back.

I'll dampen the dirt later and start rolling it out and hammering staples down.

Very nice! Time to water water water. Dont fertilize for a month. First cut should be in about ~3 weeks. Don’t water the day before you cut as to avoid ruts.

    I just want to toss a shout-out / thumbs-up here.

I never got the cut it on high thing and always thought low was better only because it would be longer between cuts. Hahaha!

Very simple explanation. This is only my first cut since this thread, but I did go much higher.

The rains will be coming soon, so I am curious to see how nature works it.

    Cheers!
