I drive a '11 V6 w/ factory installed Tow Package. My friend is looking at purchasing an 8x16 Horton Hauler to turn into a studio. I've never towed anything that large or with brakes so....

    1. Is it recommended to get a brake controller to pull an empty hauler?

    2. Anything other advice you guys/gals can provide?
