I need to move my grandfather's record collection. It's a lot of records, about 1500lbs. Will my 2004 V6 Tacoma be ok doing this with an open uHaul trailer? I have been reading the old threads but want to be sure. This is a one time move, about 100 miles and relatively flat, NJ to PA. My Tacoma is completely stock. Overdrive on/off? ECT on/off? Any tips would be greatly appreciated. I don't want to harm my truck!

yes, you should be good to go with a trailer that small. Overdrive OFF for towing, I'd recommend having ECT on for drivability

    Should be fine.

I'd upgrade to a box trailer. Even packed in cases I wouldn't want to risk those covers to surprise weather. :cookiemonster:
