Towing Harness Relocating Bracket (T.H.R.B.)

I figured it would use the stock mounting holes which are unfortunately broke along with the bent bracket. Once I figure out exactly what plug I need to replace it I will get a new one and relocate then.

 

Added mine a few days ago. I am pretty happy with it, easy to install and does its job, but... it's red. Shoulda got it non anodized.

 

I have a non-anodized in my truck, we can trade if you'd like.
Mine is in pristine condition, brand new basically

What are the smaller 4 tapped holes for on top?

 

I think he previously mentioned that they for holding it while being machined??
