if so where is conn /port located

Tacomas don't come with a connector for an aftermarket brake controller, if that's what you're asking.

Any Tacoma that comes with a hitch is wired for trailer lights and the connector is near the hitch.

I am asking if all sr5s are prewired with a generic tailer light connector that you can add a 4 wire cable too
without having to buy a curt type kit ?
