Besides taking the drive shaft out every time, is there an easier way to tow my 15 Tacoma behind my camper on a dolly?

So can I back it on a dolly and tow that way? The front wheels spin free if they are not locked in right?

You will have to lock the steering wheel somehow.
The lock in the column is not strong enough.

Why not just get rid of the dolly and get a car hauler type trailer? I would think it’d be a lot less wear and tear on the tacoma... plus could be handy on other occasions as well to have a full size trailer.

I don’t really want to tow a big trailer behind me. Wanting to be minimal. Dam Toyota why did you have to go to electronic transfer case. I see another tj in my future.

fj transfer case swap? Not really an answer but do fj transfer cases have a neutral? And if so, check if the transfer case properly oils when in neutral.
