Towing w/ TRD exhaust

I currently have a Banks catback exhaust and when towing in "4" at about 2500 rpm's, it growls a little loud after a while. Anyone with a TRD exhaust that hasn't altered it, please chime in. How is it when towing? Too loud inside the cab or ok? Need some input before I pull the trigger. Thanks all.

 

There's no drone on my TRD exhaust. You should be fine.

 

you could try a resonator instead of downgrading?

 

So do yout think regardless of either the Banks or TRD exhaust, it will still have the drone? I definitely don't want to go back to stock.

 

Look into the Vibrant Performance Ultra Quiet Resonator. I just installed one in on my truck's setup. There are pics and details in my build thread.
