My P rated 265/75/16 ATIIIs haven't worn well over my 2 years of ownership.

Originally went with the P rated based on everyone's comments about lighter weight, extra siping, softer ride etc...

However, I think I'd take the significantly deeper tread depth on the LTs over all of that! Didn't realize how much of a difference tire construction on LT 15/32 or 16/32 is over SL/P 13/32.

On Tuesday I'll be getting the LT 265/70/17 Motomaster Eliminator X-Trail A/Ts made by Cooper Tires installed. Should be an interesting comparison!

Interesting take! Do you have a 6 Cyl? I'm curious with the lighter 4 cylinder how these will hold up. Hopefully after 2 years, I'll be into a 6 Cyl so may not have to worry about it.

Curious to see what you think. I forget what size exactly and what went wrong but my buddy in Canada had something from Motomaster installed and he had severe issues pretty soon, I'll have to ask what the issue was but he switched them out fast. Hopefully you don't have the same issues.

And I hope I don't have the same issues you had with my XL Toyos in 2 years. I really like them so far, but I imagine I'll rack up miles on them quicker than they can go bad due to age. We will see.
