Hey guys, doing some wiring and trying to keep it simple and stock-like.

    I need a 2 into 1 wire connector something like this -

Does anyone know of an OEM Toyota connector style like this? If not I can easily install the one above I'm just not sure how weatherproof it is.

    Thanks!

Toyota doesn't have any bullet connectors in their harnesses. The aftermarket has lots of choices for you.

Thanks guys, actually trying to avoid the bullet-type connectors! Sorry maybe it was poor phrasing on my part. I'm just looking for a 2 into 1 wire connector for the cheap running light mod as a more proper way to splice the wires.

Looking for a weatherproof Toyota style connector like this (but 2 into 1)

You would have to make your own Y adapter using male and female connectors. Buying the components from Toyota is gonna be about $50. Buying them from a wrecking yard would be much cheaper if they will let you cut the harness. Most won’t let you. Another choice is to source the same connectors aftermarket. This will be much cheaper, but involve crimping on the tiny little terminals.

The easy proper way is to cut the wires, slip heat shrink over 1 wire, solder the wires back together with a 3rd wire, slip the heatshrink over the connection and heat. There is nothing wrong with doing it that way. It’s not like anyone is going to restore one of these trucks to concours status.
