    Historic plates and 2 bar
    Valve covers can be done in a couple hours, someone is BSing you. Fuel injectors are not loud enough to hear inside the cab

    Too many trucks and mods to list.. check builds
    5vz valve wear is different from most engines. The clearances get tighter over time and they’ll eventually start burning up the valve. When the engines not ticking at idle you have an issue

    would there be any noticeable oil consumption at or nearing that point of tighter clearances? my engine does not consume oil that is noticeable, still full at 5k!
    i believe i still hear normal ticking at the idle (in addition to some abnormal whirring noise coming from underneath that goes away when the clutch is fully pressed to the floor (rebuilt R150F and new OEM clutch parts recently))
