I have them they're nice, but yes there is no give on them at all. For road driving and *light* of roading they'll be fine but if they get snagged on anything I'm sure they'll break off

I got the Toyota mud flaps and they look like factory equipment. They should work well for me as I do not go offroading, but I do live on a mile long dirt road. Try keeping your truck clean living on a dirt road, it sucks.
