Finally wrapped up getting my 2nd set of tires for a winter set. I did a tedious TPMS post concerning the steel vs alum wheels.
My final answer for the "main/2nd" switch, it doesnt exist on tacomas, was another vehicle. The tire shop will swap sets for free, thats $190 a year saved over toyota dealership doin it.
One thing of interest, when programming the ECU, they had to lie to the thing and say 5 40 degree sensors, the light went out. In actuality, its 4 @ 20 degrees , spare is a 40 degree.

LOOK, Indycross. I finally got your old set mounted.:D

The tires are a winter/ AT type. Has a mountain/snowflake symbol denoting that its legal to use instead of studs , for bad icy days n packed snow.[IMG][IMG] I do photography as a hobby, dunno why learning to cut n paste is kicking my arse, need a 7 y.o. to teach me.
