Not sure what you mean. Coil over assemblies for the front. Follow the link I posted for the complete set front and rear.

This is a new option. When I got mine OE coils were the only option. For a $100 more I would personally go with the OE coils

Yes, I did not see that option either. OEM all the way.

So I ordered the 4 Bilstien shocks with the Eibach OE coils from Suspension Lifts, but they can't give me a ETA when they might get the coils from Eibach. I have the rear shocks which they sent, but I wanted to do all four. So I'm not sure what to do, wait for how long is anyone's guess, go with the generic offerings or just return the rear and get my money back. Any thoughts?

I guess it just depends on how bad you need new shocks. If you can wait then I would give them a few days and ask again in case things changed and they can give you an ETA on the springs.

You can also order the shocks without the springs, buy the springs on your own and install the springs yourself (if you have the proper tools or know someone that can help you) or like you said return what you have and get them someplace else.

    Good luck

Thanks! So if I bought the coils separately somewhere else, besides the hardware that comes with the new Bilsteins, what else do I need to assemble the coils?

OK so I think i got most of this figured out, I'll get the top caps for the coils from Toyota, the rest of the bushings should come with the shocks. What i need to know is what is this bottom piece circled in yellow?
i don't see it on the shock itself from the Bilstien website, unless it that large round black piece.

It’s the round black piece in your picture. It’s used to set the ride height for the shock in combination with the type of coils that you get i.e. OEM or aftermarket
