    My drain tubes fit no problem without drilling. I cut the tubes about 6" shorter as I was able to see the excess under the truck and I'm OCD apparently.

    Ha ha. Mine came with spray-in bed liner so that might reduce the size of the holes a bit. I'm looking at the Rough Country one and it has drain tubes similar to what the Toyota one shows in the instructions.

    I bought little brass reducers and used shrink tube to attach to the hose. Works great and I didn't have to enlarge the hole on my bed.

    Not a bad idea. Wonder if reducing the diameter so much will cause them to clog easier? I guess they are easy enough to pull out and check/clean once in a while to be safe.

    I have pulled them out several times over the last few months and it has been nice and open... But we don't get huge amounts of rain/debris here in the SF Bay Area.
