    On the subject of the owners app...is there a trick to get it to download the owners manuals? I would rather have them on my phone than have a glovebox full of them. However when I go to manuals in the app i find none. If I try the website, it tells me the manual is not available for my 2016??? I have my vin in and the initial dealer pre-delivery inspection shows.

    I have both of our Toyota's registered in the app by VIN. I can see all the service history of both and now that my Highlander is over 30K miles I can record the fact that the 30K service (and all the others in the future) was done by me. If I have to take either vehicle into a dealer for service under warranty they will also be able to see what was done. I think this feature is pretty handy. The other stuff, like reading the owner's manual is basically useless on an iPhone unless you have a magnifying glass. Maybe better on a tablet.

    This app is a joke. Cant select my vehicle at all - nothing shows up in he selection box.

    Is the app now gone? New here and new to Toyotas and just browsing through.. Says app no longer available for me for some reason? Is this info the app had available online at all?
