Please feel free to email him. I did and I got a response from his office. This was after corp denied my request to fix my truck.

I have had this for a while but wanted to wait to post until I got my extended warranty...

Bumper to bumper 8 year 125k mileage

Dont let them push you around. In fact I think a Group Email would send a message to them. I am happy to write an email and CC everyone who would like to join. I think it should address some of the concerns we have along with our experience with our dealerships and corp. I want to help anyone who has hit a dead end. If your truck doesnt work lets get it fixed.

There is power in numbers and we can push harder than they can.

Maybe let us know what your issue was they wouldn't fix. I also got the extended warranty 8 yr/125k after my 2nd diff replacement.

Grinding noise, wouldnt fill my tranny, said it was full when it was acutally 3qt low, window rattle, 4x4 issues and averaging 12/13 mpg, Upper control howl, high pressure fuel pump replaced and still chirping on the new one.

They told me the grinding noise was my mud flaps but that is incorrect. I pleaded to get them to inspect the trans fluid and they said they could do it in a month as they didnt have the tool, That was unacceptable. Numerous issues where I brought it in and they told me nothing was wrong, only to make me diagnose the issue and bring it back with proof that I was correct. Just seems like they would rather fight you than fix the issue.

I just want to get a new hood that's build better. I've sealed up every gap possible and it still flaps in the wind which tells me that the sheet metal is too thin and or the bracing isn't in the appropriate place.......same thing with the door panels, every time I shut the door, the door skin sits and vibrates... it's just annoying that's all, new trucks should not have flappy body panels

Write him to tell him. I dont think they get input from consumers. They are prob told so often that everything is so perfect when its not

Im sure that many issues and concerned are "filtered" out and that he either doesnt know or doesnt care. Im not sure which is worse here. There are too many issues with this truck to be a simple fluke.

If a CEO truly cared we would see swift reaction to our concerns not push back. So people have been taken serious advantage of. The sole responsibility rests on his shoulders as he is in control of this region and if his people arent telling him whats really going on.... we should.

I am not saying he would lose his job but, we need solutions. Some individuals have inoperable vehicles.

Each state has consumer friendly laws to correct the problems

Most taco owners just post issues here
    Fight with dealers
    And get frustrated

Instead of following the states rules to fix their problem.

All businesses including Toyota only pay attention when their pocketbooks hurt

    With Tacoma shifts working double
    Selling everything they are building

They aren't hurting at the moment

An email to the CEO worked for me when Corp basically hung up on me after I told them that the trans fluid needed to checked again. I emailed him and they got my fluid checked and filled. I also got my high pressure fuel pump replaced when they said it was "normal" when I knew it wasnt. Heading to a lemon Law Attorney is the last resort and not one I would like to take if possible. Many of my issued have been fixed but if they dont fix them all I am happy to take legal recourse. Also not everyone is familiar or has the time to devote to issues like this, some people can barely afford to take a day off. If I can help them with this info then it is my responsibility to do so.
