I have a great dealership where I bought my truck. I have never been questioned on anything I have needed them to do. I had my trans fluid topped off properly when i asked for it, I was the first to get the TSB 0077-16 on my trans. They never heard of it at the time I brought it in looked it up done it with 45 mins, done the TSb 0077-16 rev-1 within 45 mins when I asked for that, fixed my hood vibration within one hour when I asked for that, tighten my u bolts when i asked for that, plugged the holes in my LCA promptly after i asked for that. None of the above work cost me one penny and all work was done fast and promptly. My dealership also calls me within a week after any service no matter if its just an oil change and ask me was I satisfied with my recent service. So am I happy with the service I have had done the answer Is HELL YES.

What dealership are you using? I'm in LA too. Haven't had a need to take mine in yet. Just getting an idea of TW member's experience with their dealers.

dude, they had to order parts for my cataylic convertor and parts for my front strut replacement, I used my truck till they called me the parts were in to bring it in, then I was to be given a free loaner for that day , then when it was done 8hours I had to pay $50(copay) for the strut and $0 for the cats(recall). how could you have been out of your truck for days without a loaner car or not having the truck till the tech/parts arrived. This story has more holes in it than the Iraqi Navy
