    This is the theme of the experience I am having. I have a case with their customer experience department, but there is NO customer service there. They are only sales risk mitigators. I felt as though I was talking to a claims adjuster, from an insurrance company of an at fault driver in a motor vehicle accident. If anyone knows who I can talk to, higher than the customer experience department, to get some customer service, please advise. I would like to be put in contact with the VP of customer service.
