So I've been buying Mobil 1 filters for my wife's 3.3L Dodge Caravan, and my Tacoma. Noticed they are the same part number M-102. After doing a bunch of research I am switching to the OEM filter. I just got a case in from Dahl toyota. Since the Mobil 1 filter is the same part number, is there any reason I can't use these toyota filters on my Dodge??

    stock, for now
no, not necessarily. As long as the threads on the filter and the block are the same, you shouldnt have a problem.

You have to think, that filter will probably fit 20 different cars. I'd say you should be fine.
