Toyota finance website issues?

    Has anyone else been having issues with the toyota finance website? The site hasn't been working for me for the past two or three months. It won't let me auto pay my truck payments so I have to call in and do it over the phone. The only problem with that is the first time I did it, I had to wait on hold for 45 mins just to talk to someone, then the lady messed it up or something so my payment didn't go through. I had to then call back, wait another hour on hold, just to make the payment again. I asked them about it and they said they were looking into it. Super frustrating. I called my bank to switch my loan over from toyota to my bank but I bought my truck during the pandemic so I got a killer deal that my bank just can't beat. Wondering if anyone else had this issue? It's driving me crazy.

    You can have them auto debit set up over the phone

    I tried... they said they couldn't do it over the phone but said they could mail me a letter, fill that out and mail it back and they can get it set up. I feel like I'm being trolled

    Yeah... Tried my personal laptop which is a mac, tried my work laptop which is a pc... tried the wife's personal and work which are both macs... nothing seems to be working. The lady on the phone said they were aware of the issue and that it should be back up soon... hopefully its up before I have to call and wait on hold again to make another payment

    OMG. The world is going to hell in a handbasket. 800.874.8822. Automated. Takes less than three minutes. (My record is a minute 46, but the recording helped by talking real dirty.) No on hold.

    crazy, somehow toyota financial has lost our paperwork altogether.

    loan doesn’t appear on my credit and i have no account number to send a payment in with.

    called in and they have no record.

    did i get a free truck?

    Don’t know if it’s related but I had issues with the Toyota Owners website. They had to have a developer reset my account. The help desk person was frustrated but she called back 3 days later to have me try again. It works now.

    Yep. I like hearing my balance plummet after giving them $825 every month.

    I once had the same situation when John Deere credit financed a boat motor I bought. Vin number was wrong on all the paperwork, ALL the paperwork. My attorney Bro-in-law said it was mine, free gratis. I decided to resign all the paperwork: I want as short a list as possible when I stand before the Lord. That would have been stealing. You go to Hell for stealing...
