Yea I got the alignment. I didn't look for it on the paperwork because I seen where the tech scarred up the tie rod adjustments with his channel locks..Lol.

Same on mine. Like, come on man, man up and put a pipe wrench in the damn thing so there's only one or two sets of bite marks, instead of a fucked up tie rod

that, and not to mention that thats a huge pain in the ass for the tech to have to line everything up at once when you go to put the new frame on.

So if your shocks are rusted you get new ones??? I wonder if they'd do that if you have aftermarket shocks on? I haven't gotten my frame inspected yet, I'm planning on waiting until spring but I'm planning ahead and wondering if I should buy new shocks or wait and see if I can get free ones from toyota.

Well I think I am out of luck on getting the alignment. Dealership said they wouldn’t do it and corporate said it wasn’t part of the agreement. Spoke with a couple of different corporate office guys and they both said the same thing

That seems extremely screwed up. How can they take your truck apart and then not align it after?

I asked if my truck needed aligned when I picked it up this morning and they said it was all taken care of and ready to go.

Go figure. all I got was 2 broken wheel studs. Grease on all my arm rest and handles a 650 bill for a leaking axle seal, u joint, a wheel stud that they knew they broke, and a parking brake adjustment and left with a truck severely out of alignment. (Still appreciative of the free frame and lower control arms, coolant, etc but poorly executed)

Seems like it all depends on the dealer you go to and how professional they are. I had my frame done last week and it was flawless, and included the 4 wheel alignment.

Unless you approved those repairs before hand, you have no obligation of paying that bill. Turn phone off till swap is done.

Oh man if these scummy dealers won't do a simple alignment after replacing the frame, it's time to lawyer up. To hell with Toyota

Well it ended up being a misunderstanding. Went to the dealer to to raise hell and it turns out that the alignment was originally performed. The service manager knew that but when I called after leaving with my truck and inquiring about it, the 3 different techs I spoke to said it wasn’t and the 2 corporate members I spoke with said it wasn’t part of the parameters of the lawsuit thus not on the replacement instructions. The dealership also fixed all missing clips and broken wheel studs. So I guess my only complaint can be the oil and grease stains on my clothe interior but oh well. I’m happy now.

Well all the documents say 10mm perforation, which imho is a very shitty description. 10mm is a 1 dimension description, where as a perforation or hole consists of 2 dimensions....

The way it is stated if a hole has one dimension of 10mm's and any other dimension = a 10mm perforation. I think the spirit of the 10mm perforation is that if you have a hole in your frame from rust, you get a new frame (10mm is a small dimension)
