If it's helpful, I can probably scan the list of everything that was 100% covered, as well.

Here's something I picked up somewhere along the way - maybe even in this thread months ago! Anyway, it's the full tech manual for the frame replacement, including parts list (all 6 pages) and parts illustrations, then procedures, etc. running to 73 pages! Maybe a bit TMI, but amusing to look through. I've put the PDF up on my OneDrive - here's the link:

Anyone on here have aftermarket shit on their trucks prior to getting their new frame?

I’ve got arb bumper, whinch,OME lift all around, and LR UCAs and was hoping for feedback on if the Toyota techs can hopefully put everything most folks have done to their trucks correctly?

Don’t want any issues down the road due to them not putting it back together correctly?

    Cheers

That seems to depend on the dealer.I had OME kit front and rear bumpers and rock slidders.
Had to cut off slidders. Was ask to remove bumpers, just to make thier job easier but not required.I removed the front bumper but left the back one for them.I am in Pennsyvania
Fatfurious is in Maryland and was told his truck has to be back to stock suspension. As state law will not lat the dealer install Lift components.

How did the dealer work with you on your after market lift kit? Got OME all around, arb w/winch and I’m just hoping they put it all back on correctly

Just an update took it in and they passed my 06. Technically the replacement program has expired for my truck but they looked none the less.

I crawled under myself for 30min and couldn’t find anything of issue. I believe a big contributing factor to it all is that my truck came from Hawaii. I bought it from a dealership in Seattle so not really a true rust state

Sgage, I just sent this link to a different mechanic, for another opinion. I just can't crawl under this truck. Do you think the mechanic will need anything else? Thanks! Btw, if that's your horse its really nice. I miss having horses.

I know I keep bringing my truck issue up w/you, but I am so happy. My former mechanic found a hole near the catalytic converter today. If I knew how to up load my pics, I would. I'll keep trying. I go to the dealership this weekend to show them. I pray this all works out. Whew, this has been stressful.

Hi Kaszeta, My truck is at the dealership waiting a final frame approval. I was given a rental, so this seems positive. Can you post or pm me all that you had done/paid for?

I appreciate it, and thanks. Just in case you have posted your list, I am so sorry! I must have missed it. Take care!

Yes, that was my horse - she was a beauty. A great big Percheron mare, and a great working horse. I used her for logging in my woodlot, but really enjoyed clippety clopping around the back roads here in the forecart. She's gone now, and I miss her a lot. I'm too old and broken now to work in the woods with horses any more...

@sgage This makes me sad, but you have your good memories. I couldn't imagine having a draft horse to go clippety clopping around on. : ) So much fun! This reminded me of when my dad would go into the woods and eventually couldn't do it. I regret never going in there with him to get wood. No horse though sadly. I've been thinking of getting a mini pony as a pet, but need better fences. : ) take care.

Believe for frame replacement settlement coverage is twelve years from in-service date.
Agree, suggest best to confirm inservice date and settlement coverage expiration with Toyota Customer Care.
