Toyota Halloween

No reveal yet. Working on some issues. Truck to be posted soon. We got a 400 watt fog machine. it looks amazing, but the bed of the truck should fill with smoke each stop. Looking at how to power more fog.

My truck has bumper shackles that are purely for decorative purposes.

True horror.

 

Some of us call them nipple rings.. they do come in handy. But you can keep 1 in your survival box, and move it to what ever position on the truck its needed. But I live in Colorado. I see mud like 1 time a year. So your experience is probably different

Those tires look scary to me - are they as bald as they look ??

 

Not bald, but getting replaced next month as they have like 35K miles on them.

 

Ah must be an odd lighting thing - your truck looks fun -

 

Unfortunately, the head gasket blew not long after those pictures were taken (the truck has almost 160K miles) and it is only safe to drive it short distances. Oil is leaking into the coolant, but there are absolutely no signs whatsoever of coolant in the oil. My mechanic has thoroughly gone through the engine and deemed it safe to drive short distances like to and from work; I will also be bringing it to a Halloween-themed car show in about two weeks...

 

The ladies definitely love it. My friend Anna put on my "Zombie Huntress" outfit and posed with the truck this morning...

 

Anna is a 20-something college student with no driver's license (yet); I picked her up at her parents' house and drove to the huge property where my mechanic's shop is located. Though Anna is not a yet a licensed driver, she still plays the role of zombie truck driver convincingly...

 

My mechanic has a couple of old Volvos at his shop that have busted windows, and these made for an excellent photo op...

 

I also drove it up to the abandoned ghost town of Centralia, Pennsylvania on Sunday morning for a photo op; I did not realize the head gasket was shot at this point in time, and the truck was showing absolutely signs of having such a problem...

 

The first friend to pose with my truck wished to remain anonymous, so I call her either "Huntress X" or "Pink"...
