    This thread is about 4 years old. I doubt the OP will reply back but to asnwer your question regarding the hat and keychain, I saw the keychain when I went in my local Toyota dealership a couple weeks ago and I'm sure you can find the hat there as well..if not try ebay or do a quick search.
