I'm hoping so too. It's 2wd and has a 4cyl, but I love it and I honesty want to drive it until the motor dies. So hopefully they'll fix it.

Yeah. Thinking her motor was done too. There was oil all over the ground. If that car doesn't have frame damage then that is a car of gods.

    My what?

The frame looked alright to me, then again, they're just human eyes.

    Radiator.....

Was it one of those "what were you doing to not see me" type of accident? Was the driver just oblivious to the world around her?

I don't think so. She was trying to make a left turn through the traffic and the car waves her to go so she did. And bam. Accident.

    She was very apologetic though.

The radiator is punctured and bent. So that's history. The cross beam above that also mangled. I'm really hoping my frame makes it out of this alive. I know I'd be covered for a replacement but this truck has great sentimental value to me. I had this truck when I lost my mom. So I'm not letting go of it.

Looks very fixable in the pics. Understand why you want to keep it. Perfect for our area. No airbag deployment, right?

Not sure how the Elantra would have had oil on the ground unless something popped the filter off? And it's a unibody. No frame. Sometimes that's easier to fix, sometimes harder.

Regardless, good luck with getting yours back up to snuff, glad no one was hurt.
