That would be great. Below are a couple of pics of the transmission input shafts. The first one is from the R155 5spd.

Here is the 6spd, notice its missing the end that goes into the pilot bearing.

This is what id be most interested in knowing as it could be the limiting factor. Any info you could get would be excellent:thumbsup:

That’s what I’ve been searching for, now that I know his chassis designation (GUN25R) I can look a little better, however being in America.... most of my search results are .25 caliber guns hahaha

Looks like it might be either a GGN15 or GGN25

I can’t figure out the platform code (middle letter) of the designations, having a hard time figuring what makes that letter that letter lol

Wasn't there a 5spd gear box available in the land cruiser behind the 2uzfe v8 in Australia?

Given that engine shared the auto trans with the 1grfe I'm willing to bet it's the same. Possibly passenger drop xfer case though

Not me. Mine’s running still well. About 100k miles with CNG, last 60k with TRD Supercharger.

Hi finnj. So do you have you car running on LPG? If so what engine do you have?
I have the 1grfe with the TRD supercharger and I’m looking at putting it on LPG.
I have another car that has the 1grfe engine but no charger and I have that on LPG and it has never let me down. Just wanting to know how it goes on LPG. Thanks

He has the same engine, same supercharger. He's also put headers and some other performance enhancements.

I think that is URD 2.85” stealth version (comes with original markings). How you measured it?

I recommend to stay with this, smaller would cause more concerns.

Yeah I have measured the pulley and it’s definitely a 3”. I would really like to get a smaller one just for the little bit extra power.

What do you mean by CNG? I don’t know what this is.

In what way do you think going to a 2.55 or 2.7” could be concerning?

Too much boost. Gonna run really lean/hot.
Do you have boost and AFR gauges yet?

Outer edge to edge? Or where the belt sits?

I just measured across the face so edge to edge.

Ah ok, compressed natural gas. We don’t have that here. Thanks for that.

KUN26R uses R151F gearbox for 4x4 versions, it uses a pilot bearing in the back of the crank. The H series box is in the 70 series (76,78,79) Land Cruisers only.
