    Just the basics
Yeah wrong comparison between Tacoma and Raptor. A guy I work with just got a Raptor, 50K is insane! It is a nice truck and has some good bells and whistles. Ford knows it will sell x number. If Ford reintroduced a Ranger and did a SVT version I'm sure it would sell in high numbers too. There are people who get caught up in the hype. Look at iPods.

I, like many of you, wish Toyota would have a more varied model lineup but I understand why they don't offer all the choices they did back in the day. The idea of different TRD models is a good one.

Funny, look at the TRD Rock Warrior Tundra. I like it even though I don't want a full size truck. But for off roading it doesn't seem ready from the showroom floor. They call it a Rock Warrior for no good reason.

Isn't the only difference wheels, tires, paint scheme and the shift knob?

Yes, the money is in the volume. But the customers who buy the niche vehicles are your brand advocates. And brand advocates generate a lot of business.

They should make a Tundra that isn't ugly as hell though.

No, I didn't search for anything Raptor specific. However, I did search for interior modifications. Any thoughts?

I have a 4 Gen 4Runner and It's time for a change. I like the exterior of the Tacoma but not a fan of the interior.

The front dash and center console. The Wet Okole seat covers are a good idea
