TRDParts4u.com has changed and they've split up offroad and Toyota Parts/Accessories. The offroad stuff is now on GoOverland.com IMO the website looks like a terrible hackjob.

 

Well, I take exception with the one guy here that seems to be a nice enough fellow...he must be the diamond hiding in the septic tank! I hate dealerships more with every one of them that I have had to deal with...this is just sad. Here's hoping you end up on the plus side of the equation at some point, even if you have to pay a lawyer to do it. A lot of this crap would go away if individuals could order direct from the manufacturers....

hey OP if you want man YOKEM toyota of shrevport took care of me and with no hesitation ordered parts for my truck in advance even tho it was the tweeters and teh woofers were fine, they still ordered both... talk to gary in service, great guy.

Hey 2003RC51....Stuarts is the best in Dallas, an old friend of mine worked there (may still) and they handled the elite cars of DFW....Lambos,Ferraris,Porsches....should be a good choice.

That's how they (mis)handle mechanical probelms. 6 trips back and forth and still have exact same problem with vehicle and a new one with the money/time wasted. Body shop obviously has a different way of (mis)handling things and the (mis)management also has theirs. Bunch of intestine viewing scrotum worshippers.

I've ordered from Trdparts before this but definitely WILL NOT be buying from them ever again...too many others out there who actually care about their reputation and customer service which is FAR more important to me than saving a couple of bucks.

 

Scott was the assistant service manager that I was dealing with... He was also the one that did NOT notify me when my truck was wrecked.

 

I wonder if trd122471 actualy works at TOD....

 

Considering he only has 6 posts, all of which are in this thread, I'm going to assume that he does work for TOD.
