IMO its is never very professional to wreck a customers vehicle !! NEVER. there are no such things as "accidents" only people not paying attention to what they are doing! and then for them to get mad because the person who's vehicle they damaged demanded and rightfully so to have his truck fixed correctly wich he had every right to insist on was down right childish. they should have tried to fix it as many times as was needed!

That would equal about how much of their customer base knows or cares about what they're throwing money at. Sure, all the customers that don't know or haven't found out about their shenanigans have good experiences. I'm sure they're real nice to all the fucks they're gettin over on.

No, I support my local dealership on occasion and I don't work for them. however, when every post you have ever made on this forum concerns this single dealerships reputation, and nothing else, it begins to get suspicious.

Do you even own a Tacoma? Only a fool would believe that you stumbled onto this thread through and are defending this dealership simply because you have good experiences there. And even if you're experience with this dealership was so miraculous, it still doesn't excuse them from their behavior towards the OP and his situation.

Please feel free to forward any post I have made to the dealership.

Didn't need to be and if the foo shits, wear it. They've earned the adjectives as have you with your lame posts about it. Hopefully you'll experience the same "customer service" as the OP when you go back for service.

You must have missed the post...

I gave them the chance to agree to fix it how it should be done and they said NO. Had they fixed it the way I wanted, this post would have never been made.(that's a bold period btw)

This is way too fucking long too read... so I dont know if the OP ever got a lawyer or whatever, so I just want to give a suggestion...

Instead of getting a lawyer and waisting a fuck load of money, call your insurance agency. Insurance agencies have lawyers which they pay for, which is included in most insurance covers. They have those lawyers for when they feel they should not pay for a claim that the insured person is not responsible for, but had to claim against the insurance.

Im pretty sure the OP could get them to represent him against TOD without having to pay shit.

I say this because I had a similar experience. Ended up with a new free car, same one I had but new, because of how the manager treated me after I claimed they had damaged my car.

Guys it's obvious that sometimes a 8 year old mentality is the approach some people take-keep insisting your stance is right and eventually someone may give in. Unfortunately trd122471, you are going to find it hard to overcome the masses of posts that will flood your opinion out the door so to speak. Post on as you like, others will just post on top of you (as you sit getting paid by TOD). You've mentioned before you volunteered to help TOD, obviously not all of your effort is going unnoticed by others, you've managed to stir back up a pile of pooo that will eventually make you smell just like TOD's response to the situation.......
