Awesome day exploring the NY/NJ boarder with @Checkers10160 @Brownmatthall and @andrewx. Even picked up a rando first gen Tacoma on the trail!

Were those stock Tacos? Do you need recovery gear for something like that?

The black '21 was bone stock except that trd skid, Joel has an aluminum skid, me and chess have steel skids and sliders, and then chess is also lifted on 5100/ome coils

One fully bone stock 2021, two lifted on 33s, two on 32s with armor. It’s doable stock just depends on how ok you are with bumps and scrapes. For the second time, I got a little body damage, definitely need sliders.

Aside from one of us getting high centered bc of a step being much steeper than it looked, none of us really needed any recovery. Just took it nice and slow with lots of spotting, added a bunch of new scrapes to the sliders on some of the lines though :D

Here is the aforementioned high center lol I’m stuck on the cross member and those weird tubing bump outs. Of course I didn’t even hit the skid on this one. Benefits of leading the pack.
Slight tug from Matt and I was out. We went around the shelf into a mud pit that was not as deep as it looked. 17E491CA-A4F3-47B0-90F6-43588D5C4AF4.jpg

That looks like a full day run! Awesome scenery and good camping spots. You guys ever make weekend trips there? Might justify the drive down.
