Hey. I'm in Olivebridge. I know of some local trails and I'm off for the next couple weeks if you have any time. G

Cool man. I work in that area and run through Sundown a few times a year. Pretty slammed with coaching both my kids teams this spring, but might be able to find some time.

Yeah don't know if you have fb but there's a group down here as well haven't had a chance to run with any of them yet. Lots of jeep owners though. Also this TONY group has a fb page as well

I'm friends with the original founders of that group and have gone to a few events. They're more into mudding than overland-esque off roading like I'm into.

If you get a ride together, I'd be game. I'm local too, near Liberty NY.

Been there about 20x. But not since about 2015. Gotta watch out for the locals.

I am a local but not one of those locals. It’s a bit more lore than anything these days.

I mean, nothin’ against them, I’m a live and let live kinda person, I’m sure they’re mostly nice people.

but we did have one unprovoked “uneasy few minutes” near one of the small lakes.

would be fun to do that with you guys. We could quiz each other to make sure neither one is letting the secret out.

I looked at one before I got the Taco. Cool rig. It had better potential for car camping at the ski hill than the short bed I ended up with but the Xterra I found was asking too much for how many miles it had. It also had a manual t which I was looking for.

Have you guys/gals looked into getting OV tune? Maybe we set up a group tune? There's a dude from CT that will meet and tune a bunch of us for around $250 each I think. Any interest?

Hey guys, I'm moving to the West Point area in a few months and wanted to post in here and see if anyone is close to there? I'm relocating from Hawaii so I'm getting ready for a massive temperature change hah. I'm really excited to get back up to that part of the country (I live in LI in my younger years) and do some overlanding!

Awesome! I'm excited to get up there. I'll be driving from California to NY from October-December. I have the main route laid out, just need to figure out EXACTLY where we are staying. Pretty excited to explore with the family across the country.

Yeah man! I've got my 2020 Taco and the wife has her 2017 4Runner that we are taking. Heading from LA to Death Valley, then through Vegas to Lake Mead, then up into souther Utah, down to the Grand Canyon, then back up to Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio(where I am from), West Virginia(where the wife is from), then Pennsylvania, maybe NJ and then NY.

Just need to find/ship a RTT to LA so I can mount it on the truck and I'll be good to go. I have a whole list of mods getting put on the truck in the next few months in preparation for the big trip.
