    I've been trying to register for the Toyota Owners Website. Several times a week for a couple of weeks now; I keep getting an error that says "Operation Failed. Please try again later". Every time the same error. Any ideas?

    Actually, The TSB is no longer aplicable for that site, and Toyota is saying that its "normal".
