    Do you guys that have ordered from them get a shipping conformation email or tracking number on your orders? I ordered parts from them, my credit card was charges on the 12th, but have not heard that anything has shipped. I probably just need to be patient.

    I contacted them about getting the '09 tailgate handle for the backup camera. They said it wouldn't ship for at least a week. I went to my dealer and got it within 2 days, but cost about $10 more.

    some parts they need to order them somewhere else, its stated on their web page that sometimes they need extra time to get the parts.... you'll get a confirmation email with your tracking number.... i got my parts 5 days from the order placement.... they were shipped ground...
