I had a deceleration vibration between 30 and 10mph. There is a TSB to address it but to get the dealership to pay attention, I had to escalate. I did not have vibration at highway speeds. We have different situations but here is what happened.
Cust Svc guys told me it was normal. I told them might be normal (it really was not - it was pretty bad) but is unacceptable. I wound up talking to shop/operations manager and he had a shop tech (not a cust svc tech) ride with me and he immediately said it was a problem and we applied the TSB and it is fixed.

Operations/shop manager was reasonable and shop tech was fantastic. Cust svc is there to keep you away from shop if they can.
on the other hand, you can see how they would need to do some of that to weed out crank (not you) customers. I think we have different situations...not sure what to tell you if you have already talked to shop and toyota area rep, especially since they wrote you experienced it on another truck.

Two completely different issues, my truck does it vibrations at highway speeds. Thanks anyways.
