Age and experience could make you less accepting like myself, I'm really starting to sound like they don't make 'em like they used to".. .

Fwiw, I used to have that ass kicking feel on my 2nd Gen at stops, they ended up replacing the driveshaft one day when I brought it in for an oil change, never bucked again..

Honestly, the yota rides and drives better than any of the cars I have had in the past, some issues are normal. The kick feel didn’t come around until I put the lift in... so it is me that changed a parameter and the truck says this is what you get now... does not mean Toyota is to blame or that I should bitch.

Just like my bike, it is set up for the tyres and type of riding, about 60% of the people that have ridden it or sat on it bitch about angle and suspension.... it ain’t Yamahas fault, I changed stuff...

Just wondering how much of this is “entitlement” mind set or the completely wrong belief in “customer is always right”
(Surprise customer you are at least 90% WRONG)

No one is entitled to shit, and the customer most certainly isn’t always right. It’s a two way street called common sense that nobody seems to want to cross...

Yes, this forum has many levels, and sometimes it can be downright profound, imo.

We have comedy, drama, tragedy, education, common sense, stupidity and boring repetition all rolled up into one.

I think it comes to "everything in moderation" or "too much of a good thing" once and awhile though.

Easy to log out and mingle in the real world when that happens.

Consider myself lucky in that respect.

    Cheers

You are trying to apply common sense to a discussion about lack of common sense.

The 5spd manual Getrag transmission in my '91 Dodge Cummins begs to differ and the aftermarket Kelderman Air Ride suspension, front and rear make suspension criticism irrelevant.

I will also vouch for a very solid frame....after that and the above, it is Chrysler crap.

Also the air conditioner is very strong and the power windows go up and down faster than any vehicle that I have ever owned.

Common sense is not so common.

Should be “special” classes to teach people this.

That's why I bought the manual tranny with it. Also to note the towing capacity is about 3X that of my Tacoma. Owned a 2013 RAM 1500 and had no issues but didn't care for the automatic transmission. That said, it got better highway mileage than my Tacoma as well. It have the 5.7L V8.

Are we talking porn or engines?
I did have a 5.9 in my 2500. It might be different if Cummins built the whole truck.

One of the best things about going back to Chrysler is that I don't have to deal with idiots who make posts like this over a typo. Have a good life, Ron E

Cmon Ron....most of us figured it was probably a typo.

Having said that , you gotta admit, in the context of calling him out over not knowing anything about Cummins, the typo was both tragic and ironic....like when a clown dies.

I am an idiot. Brought my Tacoma to the dealer and the window lock out button was depressed. Never had a car that the lock out button locked the master. Anyway the window works now.
