Have you tried turning off the LTE in the cellular/roaming function?
Do that and maybe try to do a network reset as well

It is Facebook/WhatsApp, turn off background access and Bluetooth permissions

indulge me, uninstall those two apps, forget all other previous Bluetooth devices and give a try in your driveway.

Your iPhone has 50apps running and foraging Bluetooth and location data or worse at all times. You are getting kicked off, and yes it is not Toyota’s fault it’s your shitty iPhone.

Nope! Tried it all, and Toyota officially said they are not responsible because it works for Androids.

Did you try closing all apps and then making a call. Completely forget your phone and stereo on both devices and re-pair bluetooth?

Install a new HU, amps, speakers, and throw in a couple of subs. Then never look back or go to Toyota every again unless you want another vehicle. You now just increased the value of the truck.

Not the apps, but thats not a viable long term solution for when I receive calls. Forget device - been there many times.

    Here's all we have tried:
    Multiple iPhones - None worked.
    Reset HU to factory settings
    Forget all devices
    Forget HU from phone
turn off battery power for 30 minutes, then reset HU to factory settings
Erase all emojis from contact names (toyota recommended)
    Delete Facebook and WhatsApp
Do not sync contacts with Entune
Do not use Favorites on Entune

Time for a new HU - Anyone know a good deal on a halo? Might as well get Carplay while I'm at it...
