    1 word: SUCKS!!!!!

I called to get the blower motor cleaned or replaced today and they have no idea what I am talking about and have never heard of any other cases. This was the same story from 4 different dealerships. Just a bunch of damn idiots.

Yep. ToyotaCare is worthless (you hear too many stories), and unless I have no choice I will not allow those monkeys to touch my vehicle.

In all fairness, it's not just Toyota... all dealers are pretty much the same.

The blower motor is a TSB (Technical Service Bulletin)... like all TSBs, it's not something you just call them up and expect them to give you a service or parts for free. If you called them and said, "I want you to take a look at the blower motor because it's squeeking and driving me nuts", they would look at it and replace it if necessary. That being said, I'm failing to see why the dealership service folks are idiots based on your statement alone.

    That's how you do it.

I played the game with my suspension TSB and all was fine. They found the TSB and did the work the next day.
